EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE
Each student has to secure at least 40% marks in each Quarterly and final examination for qualifying the same. The minimum passing marks can be different in specific streams like management stream and creative methodology. The student who does not pass in sitting exams will be given one more chance by paying Rs 300/ as re-examination charges for the paper which he/she did not clear under any circumstances. The student who remains absent in any of the exams without any prior information has to pay a penalty of Rs 200/ No reason for the same will be fortified. A student can appear in the final exam only after clearing the Quarterly and half-yearly exams, successfully. All students should be attentive to get their respective registration certificate within 1 month after admission and identity card hand to hand at the time of admission from their respective authorized learning centre.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Every student will be issued identity card which should be carried by them at all times while being at the learning centre.
2. Every student is expected to attend both theory and lab sessions.75% attendance is compulsory.
3. Every learning centre may have its own library. Only valid library card-holders will be eligible to use the library facility.
4. Learning centre transfer will be allowed only to other districts or cities on the ground of job or, medical, and that too will the approval of the learning centre Director.
5. The student will have to appear for the periodic test and complete all assignments given to them for the purpose of internal assessment.
6. The evaluation and marks declared for final examination will be binding on the students.
7. Request for re-totaling may be allowed only within 15 days of declaration of result on submission of a fee of Rs 250/ through DD in favor of ICLI- ICM
